About Dr Nadia
Originally from the Bushveld, Dr Luus matriculated from Ellisras Hoërskool in 2014 and went on to complete her MBChB degree at the University of Pretoria in 2020. She completed her internship and community service at Rob Ferreira Hospital, gaining broad experience across all departments. During this time, she also ran the hospital’s specialized HIV clinic for three months—a formative experience that led her to pursue a postgraduate diploma in HIV Management.
Following her community service, she worked as a medical officer in primary health care clinics across the Ehlanzeni District, with a strong focus on accessible, compassionate care.
Dr Luus joined Nelmed in September 2024 and has enjoyed being part of the team from day one. She values a balanced lifestyle and, outside of work, enjoys spending time with her husband and baby daughter, reading, and being active—especially trail running and time in nature.
