Consultation & Billing Information
We want to ensure you are fully informed about our billing practices for your convenience and transparency. Please take note of the following:
Standard Consultations

Medical Aid Patients: We charge medical aid rates during normal consulting hours.

Private Patients (No Medical Aid): R640.00 per consultation.
After-Hour Consultations
An additional R240.00 after-hours fee applies during the following times:

Monday – Friday: 17:00 – 18:00

Saturday: 13:00 – 15:00

Public Holidays & Sundays: 08:00 – 15:00
If more than one family member is seen, only one after-hours fee will be charged.
Procedures & Scripts

Prescription requests are treated as consultations and will be charged accordingly.
Medical Aid Information
We are part of all registered medical aids, but not contracted to networks.

Primecure and Carecross members will be regarded as private patients.
